By accessing or using the website of Private Investigators NY Group Inc. ("PI NY Group," "we," "us," or "our"), or by engaging our investigative services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

PI NY Group provides licensed private investigation services in New York, including but not limited to surveillance, background investigations, domestic investigations, corporate investigations, insurance investigations, legal support, executive protection, accident investigations, and skip tracing.

All services are performed by New York State licensed private investigators in accordance with applicable state and federal law. The scope of any engagement is defined by a separate agreement or contract entered into between PI NY Group and the client prior to the commencement of work.

Clients agree to use our investigative services only for lawful purposes. PI NY Group reserves the right to decline or terminate any engagement that we reasonably believe involves an unlawful, unethical, or improper purpose, including but not limited to harassment, stalking, or any use prohibited under the Driver's Privacy Protection Act (DPPA) or Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA).

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information and for ensuring that they have a legitimate, permissible purpose for requesting an investigation.

PI NY Group treats all client communications and case information as confidential, subject to the limits described in our Privacy Policy and except as required by law or court order. Investigative findings are provided only to the client who engaged our services, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Investigative work involves inherent uncertainty. While PI NY Group commits to conducting every engagement with professionalism, diligence, and in accordance with applicable law, we do not guarantee any specific outcome, finding, or result from an investigation.

Fees, retainers, and payment terms for investigative services are set forth in the individual service agreement between PI NY Group and the client. Website content, including any pricing references, is provided for general informational purposes and does not constitute a binding quote.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PI NY Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim arising out of an investigative engagement shall not exceed the fees paid by the client for that specific engagement.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of PI NY Group or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use this content for commercial purposes without our written consent.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or from services rendered shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New York State.
